Brian Hurley

Brian Hurley began his career as a mortgage servicing manager, where he recognized a business opportunity, formed an escrow company, and grew that firm into a timeshare settlement leader. In 2002, Stewart Title purchased that firm and named Hurley president of their national vacation ownership division. In 2006, Hurley was tapped to serve as president of Stewart Title of California, where he managed 1900 employees across 113 statewide offices, successfully navigated an unprecedented housing crisis, and rebuilt company operations. In late 2009, Hurley became a co-owner and president of New Vista Asset Management where he oversaw the sale of more than 33,000 residential REOs. Hurley next formed investment funds to acquire, renovate and rent REOs, and to form new escrow and title businesses. In 2016, Hurley co-founded Gradus Management to provide management services for San Diegos premier escrow firms. In 2018, Gradus opened Innovative Title Company!
Barbara Richardson

Barbara J. Richardson, Senior Title Officer: I joined Innovative Title Company in 2018 after having served in the title industry for more than 4o years. My experience includes underwriting as well as management positions, which has provided me a unique understanding of technical issues and title operations. I have served previously as County Manager, Advisory Title Officer, Commercial-Residential and Subdivision Department Title Officer. I will explore all avenues available to assure that our clients have timely and accurate closings. I accept the challenge, whether it is a simple question or a complex Title issue and will access all of our resources to work out the correct solution. I am a native San Diegan, love working in the title industry and I care about every transaction.I welcome the opportunity to be of service to you and your clients and look forward to developing lasting relationships.

Fe Raquel Baguisi, Payoff Specialist/Staff Accountant: I joined Innovative Title Company in 2018 after having served in the title and escrow industry for 25 years. My work experience includes a position as an Escrow Accountant, an Escrow Processor and a Disbursing Specialist. I believe my work experience has helped me gain a very good understanding of the title and escrow industry. I enjoy what I do and always strive to bring customer satisfaction by sending out payoffs in a timely manner. I am excited to be a part of Innovative Title Company and I welcome the opportunity to be of service to all clients.
